Design long-form movie encoding workflows around approved masters, language tracks, subtitles, chapter intent, and delivery review.
For an authorized film or long-form production, keep a suitable source master separate from viewing copies. Plan required language versions and captions before a batch begins, and review the complete presentation rather than only the opening scene.
Tie each output to an approved source revision. Record the editorial cut and preserve source material according to your project policy.
Specify the required picture, language tracks, captions, and packaging for the actual destination. Do not infer them from an extension.
Sample difficult scenes, check transitions and the ending, and test navigation and track selection in the receiving player.
