Connect media intake, profiles, job states, validation, and delivery in one traceable application workflow.
Media pipelines need clear ownership across the complete path. Give sources, jobs, attempts, outputs, and releases separate identities. Make it possible to explain which profile produced a file and why it was approved.
Reference approved assets through an authorized intake path. Keep source identity and requested transformation distinct.
Classify errors, define retry limits, and make repeated client requests map to an understandable job policy.
Validate actual output properties, collect any required review, and change the published reference only after approval.
