Clip Encoding: Cut, Crop, and Keep Audio in Sync
Turn long recordings into reviewed clips with explicit timing, framing, caption, and synchronization decisions.
Read the guide · 6 minClip Encode API / Small edit. Big intention.
Turn longer recordings into purposeful clips with explicit intervals, reviewed crops, captions, and synchronized audio.
Define the message before the edit. A clip profile should capture the approved source, interval, framing policy, and destination. Review the excerpt on its own so that a technically valid cut does not lose context or meaning.
Choose start-plus-duration or start-plus-end, define the units, and validate the interval against the approved source.
Check the subject, essential objects, on-screen labels, and caption placement throughout the excerpt—not just the first frame.
Listen for complete words, inspect synchronization, and verify that the excerpt preserves the intended statement.
